      Hi All,

      I think this is a duplicate but I am not sure – the Kega Fusion 3.64 is unable to boot the Rise of the Dragon Sega CD game. The v3.63 however works fine. I have tested with perfect sync off and on and the result is the same. I have tested with 2 different rips and the result is the same. May I ask Steve Snake to look into this and release a fix if possible.
